ITS FALL ! YEAH!
Anyone who knows me , knows that when I was little and started contributing to the family meals knows that my favorite thing to cook was Soup and Sandwiches. Charles is definitely my son because if you ask him what he wants for dinner its, yep you guessed it, Soup and Sandwiches.
Tonight was no exception. I cooked us up some tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. Which are Charles favorite. ( I would have gotten a picture with the girls too, but they decided to stuff all of their clothes under their bed and so they had to clean their room. ) Charles and I had a good conversation at dinner. It was just the 2 of us because of the girls dilemma. He told me about how he and his friend Tennyson protect a girl at recess because another boy in the class doesn't like her and he chases her often. He was telling me how he tells this boy to be nice and not chase her. ( the boy is also one of Charles friends so that says something to me.) I was very impressed with the concern that he shows , I can't take all the credit for that one.
