PARTY! PARTY! PARTY! PARTY!
Because there were so many people in town for Kyah's Baptism. We decided that Our church house was the solution to this problem. Luckily Aaron thought ahead and had the Gym and Kitchen booked Like 3 weeks in advance. ( thanks Honey) All of our family that came for the event were ther and so were some of our closest friends. The only one I didn't get a picture of were Katie and Joel because they had to leave early.
One of the best things about our families is that the In-Laws get along great! In fact they were chatting it up the entire time they were together.
Aaron was so worried that we wouldn't have enough food to feed everyone, He practically obsessed over it , but when it was all said and done. there was SOOO much left over food that we were begging people to take some home with them! This was a wonderful reason for a family gathering and I am so glad that i have a bright special Young girl that has chosen to take the first step to eternal life. Makes a mom PROUD!

Aaron was very concernded with the food each time he called he was always woundering if we were coming and how many. At least he was involved!!

What do you do when you want to spend quality time with some of the people in your village?  You plan Murder Mystery night of course!  I count Aaron and I very blessed and humbled that we have more village than what we played the game with that night, and I plan to host a couple more murder mysteries to enjoy all ofy village in the near future.  Tonight, we were set in a Manor. I was the wealthy Anthony Westgrove, that is dying of cancer and wanted to gather my family to say goodbye and to let them know I was turning the company over to my illegitimate son Richard, who was the only one that knew I planned to commit suicide after the gathering. We had a Lavish dinner planned of Flat Iron Steak, Marnie's Augrautin potatoes, Jenn's Rolls, Shannon Brock virgin Movktails and I topped it all off with Creme Brulee for dessert. Eight Already? Kyah turned 8 on January 5th. I am have the hardest time adjusting to this fact because I just can't be old enough to have an 8 year . Everyday She seems to grow and mature. I am grateful to have her as my oldest. Since she is Eight , here is a list of 8 things that I LOVE about her. 1. She has the Kindest heart, She truly and genuinely loves everyone she meets. 2.She is willing to help me with what ever task I am working on without complaint. 3.She is a good big sister. 4.She makes sure that everything is fair... or at least as fair as it can be. 5. She works very hard at her school work. Never giving up until its done. 6. Her testimony makes me so proud as a mother( as I am sure it makes Heavenly father proud too) 7. 2017- starts off with a bang

We had a New Years Eve  party with some of our close friends! We enjoyed a night of food, fun and entertainment. I wanted to do some minute to win it games to break up just the chit-chat and board games that we play so often when we get together. We played a game where we had to stack dice on a tongue depressor, and a really fun game where we had to carry potatoes between our legs across the room and drop them into a bucket. we got the adults and kids involved. It was such a fun night! As I prepare for the coming year, I hope that We have many, many more nights just like this one!!!
