Kyah is 9!I can't believe that another year has already passed. Kyah is turning into a beautiful and independent young lady. I sometimes catch myself thinking that she is still a little girl and she needs to have more direction, I think that I will have to remember that she is growing up and she is coming to the age now where, she doesn't always have to ask if she can take a bath, or if she can have a snack. What a transition to make. I am excited to see her blossom into a beautiful young woman. She has breached that point where Clothes are exciting to get as a gift. Pretty much that's all she got this year. Ecept for a few fun things .
Aaron's Dad and Brother Ira came up for a visit. It was really neat that they got to spend time.
We went out to dinner at The Blue Bird ( a very tasty local joint) and Kyah got to open up some of her presents there. It was a fun way to celebrate this big girls day :)
This year for my families birthdays I am going to do something a little bit different than I did last year. I am going to make a lisdt of ways that I will show love for them, and the list will be as long as they are old. So here goes.
1. I will take you for Special Time, at least Once a month!
2. I will teach you to Sew.
3. I will make an effort to see things your way.
4. I will take time to snuggle you when you need it.
5. I will teach you the basics of cooking.
6. I will reward your good behavior.
7. I will play games with you more often :)
8. I will help you memorize your Articles of Faith.
9. And most importantly I will Be there whenever you need me!!!
