How to host a MURDER...
On Friday the 13th of November, Aaron and I had a How to host a murder party, it was so much fun. We invited a few friends and had the party at Katie's house because hers would accommodate having 8 people around one table. (thanks Katie and Joel). It was set in Chicago 1930... So naturally Aaron and I thought to do Chicago style pizza and IBC root"beer" since it was suppose to be in the setting of a speakeasy.
It was so much fun to just conversationally try and figure out who the murder was. Which coincidentally it happened to be me. I DIDN'T DO IT I TELL YOU , I WAS FRAMED... FRAMED!!!
The suspect list is as follows:
Anna "Torchy" the night club singer-Katie
Eddie "socks"the avid golfer and gaming table club owner-Joel
S.Treighton Harrow the DA- Kevin
Scoop the news reporter- Jeneil
Billy the kid thrower- Andrew, Joels Cousin
Molly the High society Dame- Christina
Ernie the eccentric milionaire with a flair for betting on anything-Aaron
Silky, the shady madame that runs the Everlay Club- Crystal (me)
I can't wait to do the next one. if you have never been a part of a how to host a murder and you love to play games, then this is the perfect game for you!!!

It was really funny to see all the time and thought that Aaron put into making it as authentic as possible. He called Iggy's sports bar and asked for empty liquor bottles( apparently there was a miss communication though because they only had one empty Vodka bottle and 2 empty wine bottles) We made it work though.
While we were setting everything up, Aaron and Joel decided that there weren't enough chips for everyone to munch on so they ran to the store and grabbed up a few more bags( which we didn't even touch... HILARIOUS :] )
It was a VERY fun way to spend the evening with friends.
