Aaron and I got to go to Nevada in the first week of February for our niece Hannah's Baptism. It was a hard trip for me because I got a REALLY bad sinus infection on the way down there. I had slight sinus pressure when we left but didn't think anything of it until it got so bad that I literally felt like my upper molars were going to be pushed out by the pressure. Dayton's urgent care doesn't open until 9am and so even though I got to Nevada at about 11pm I was in horrible pain and there was no end in sight. When I finally got into see the Doctor he was flabbergasted at how advanced my Sinus infection was. He said that it was one of the worse he has ever seen. He put me on Levaquin, Which I am told by my FIL that is what they put him on when he has really bad sores on his legs, and a strong anti-inflammatory. Pretty much the rest of the day was a blur. Hannah was baptized and she looked so beautiful in her dress. We had a potato bar for lunch which was very tasty! ( thanks Michelle) After that I went and rested at Emily and Ira's house so that maybe I would feel better enough to join the birthday festivities for Hannah. Turns out I was. We went to a fun arcade in Reno and the kids got to play games and win tickets which they later turned into prizes. there was an awesome slide that the kids could go down. Tony( aaron's brother) had the kids do a contest to see who could go down the slide the most. All of the kids rebelled in the end.
Afterward we went to 5 Buck Pizza and had some tasty pizza. It was a lot of fun. i wish I had thought through my medicine fog to take some pictures!
